This design is inspired by Izutsumi from Ryoko Kui's Dungeon Meshi (Delicious in Dungeon) that has recently been adapted as a TV show on Netflix. The story follows the quest of Laios and his friends to save his sister Falin, enjoying delicious dungeon meals along the way.
Izutsumi was orginally part of Shuro's party, but then joined Laios' party in hopes that Marcille could reverse the curse that made her half-cat. Despite being rude and cold to the other party members at first, Izutsumi grows to care about them and look out for them.
