This design is inspired by Toph from Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender. The show is set in a world inhabitated by four nations: The Water Tribe, The Earth Kingdom, The Fire Nation, and The Air Nomads. Each nation has the ability to "bend" or manipulate its own respective element: water, earth, fire, or air.
Toph is an earthbender and joins Team Avatar to teach Aang earthbending. Though she may be blind, she is tough and the best earthbender in the world. She is also the world's first metal bender.
